Border Collie Trust GB is seeking experienced, committed and collie loving members of the public to join our Board of Trustees. The Trust has faced a challenging few years with the effects of HS2, COVID and the recession but continues to provide great support to Border Collies and their owners when in need.
To protect our future and continue to develop, we are particularly keen to recruit those who have one or more of the following skills:
- • Expertise in Marketing
- • Expertise in PR and Social Media.
- • Experience in Volunteering Promotion and Management
- • Expertise in Development and Governance
Board meetings are held about six times a year with a combination of meetings held personally at the Rescue Centre in Colton, Staffordshire and by Zoom.
The Board is responsible for setting the strategy and policies of Border Collie Trust GB and guides and supports the Senior Management Team, staff and volunteers.
